It had a marvellous setting short walk to the town centre as well as Sunderland. In fact, it was located very Close to metro.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a fantastic apartment in Sunderland. The beds were incredibly comfortable and I didn't want to leave in the morning. The service and communication from start to finish were brilliant, even though I booked just the day before. I had a brilliant stay at Royal Courts in Sunderland. The location was perfect, and there was ample parking available. The apartment itself was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this place for a hassle-free and pleasant experience.
